The Israeli Security Agency exposed an espionage-sabotage network which transferred classified information about the IDF to Syria. It was composed of 20 Arabs and four Jews, headed by Daud Turki and Udi Adiv. Its operatives were trained in Syria and planned to carry out sabotage operations. The arrest of Adiv and his comrades astonished the public and caused a public uproar.
